How much does Impact Layer cost?

Impact Layer offers three tiers. The Community Edition is completely free and open source. The Professional plan starts at $49 per user per month with annual billing. Enterprise pricing is custom and based on your organization's specific needs — contact our sales team for a quote.

What is the difference between the free and paid plans?

The free Community Edition includes all core features and can be self-hosted. The Professional plan adds managed cloud hosting, priority support, advanced analytics, and automated reporting. The Enterprise plan includes everything in Professional plus SSO, dedicated infrastructure, custom SLAs, and on-premise deployment options.

Is there a discount for nonprofits?

Yes. We offer special pricing for registered nonprofits and NGOs. Contact our sales team with your organization details and we will work out a plan that fits your budget.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Your data remains yours and can be exported at any time.
